[plug] what is up with this document guys???

I opened it in Word, and just had to unprotect it to be able to edit it.  I
would guess it's the same for Ooo.  Not sure about the pictures though.

Seriously, Oowriter dosn't seem to be able to edit this at all, and not only
that , but MS word dosn't either. also the pictures don't load in OO, but do
in word and abiword. What really gets me is the fact that I can't edit this
on my linux box (word too, but that sounds like built in drm-ee stuff)...
