That's another good point!

In the end, if I could afford it, I'd fill up my bookshelves with the
contents of a tech book store.  I take pride in the books/manuals that I've
got, just like my girlfriend loves her enormous collection of novels, I just
wish I could afford to buy more

Understood, just the sort the information I was after. Sometimes
I think it's worthwhile having a lump of dead tree on the shelf
behind you, but in this case I can see your point.
