OK, so you want MMS-> computer. two things come to mind:
- google for "MMS email gateway". there are many services for SMS, so
  maybe MMS too.
- check the gnokii project:  http://gnokii.org/

I mention bluetooth because its a well defined standard that works well
with Linux. But you'll need a phone that makes MMS messages accessible
over BT, and I don't know if that happens.
