Programmer

    If you can manage change and produce effective results within a
fast paced environment then we want to hear from you.

    As a programmer you will be involved in developing and managing the
key functional operations of the business in our billing team.

    This position will require you to take responsibility for the
software development life cycle. You will be actively involved in
designing software according to customer requirements as well as
working on a complex billing and revenue system. Working in a high
paced team environment your technical expertise will contribute to the
technical direction of the company.

    Ideally you will have:

    • Minimum 5 years of development experience or 3 yrs experience
post tertiary qualification in a related discipline

    • Experience working in a team environment

    • Considerable experience programming with Perl

    • Experience using SQL

    • Experience in all stages of the SDLC

    • Experience with Python, Java, C++ as well as an understanding
of billing systems and the finance sector would be advantageous
although not essential.
