IMHO; *fair* would be starting at $80k+ (add $10k if CBD), if the
work is actually being done and the person isn't simply expected to
be a "monkey".

But don't expect to get that in a "competitive" market where monkeys
are graduating from "training colleges" at depressing rates and
pissing into the total swill of incompetence that is "industry
standard".
