Interesting... Peaking at around 6.5MB/s, averaging 5MB/s

Now I'm curious... I think when I get it to it's new home, I'll see
how AFP goes, and if NFS is available.

Any good export/mount flags for NFS for a laptop environment? Or... I
make my script ping the remote host, if it's up, mount the NFS mount,
back it up, then unmount it.
