I'm no expert, but IIRC, the answer is "Don't". :-) The windows app
requires 'raw' native windows devices, and stuffing up the firmware is
a good way to write off an otherwise perfectly good drive.
My guess would be to use a windows boot disk, however I may be
completely wrong and it may be possible under linux.
