Mediawiki isn't too bad; my experience is that it is fairly easy to
install and get going. Because its fairly popular, reasonable amounts
of documentation exist.
However it is utterly uncustomisable. Like, I spent days and days on
it and I think I managed to remove a few links from the side menu.
This may have changed, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it if you
want to change the style.
It also has quite a few features - this might be a con for you if you
just want a bit of text and a few links.
At the other end of the spectrum, phpwiki is what we use at
http://www.ld.net.au/support. Its pretty small and very easy to
customise, but from memory the docs are nothing fancy.
