The first thing I would do when getting freezes like this is to run
memtest86 overnight and see if it picks up anything. Dodgy ram is
reasonably common.

The Temperature_Celsius is nothing to be worried about, it's just
smartd reporting that the temperature has changed. The actual numbers
are often fairly meaningless. Anyway, it should be fairly obvious if
the drive is at 130 degress :)

The Raw_Read_Error_Rate I'm not sure about; perhaps google and see if
it's anything major?
