email can be very fast, if you are not waiting for (POP3) polling.
Delivery can be done in a couple of seconds, with a direct connect
from your computer (or more likely your ISP or webmail server) to
the recipients mailhost.
    But how did he write it so fast?  Did it look automated?
Stock answer from clicking one of several buttons?  These guys deal
in volume, so they have to be fast :-)
