[plug] automagically generate monitor configuration

G' day!

Some time ago I found that there is an utility that automagically tests
the monitor and writes a XF86Config compatible monitor section file.

Sadly I forgot which was this command line utility, and I can't find if
in google (!). Does somebody here know which is the command for that?
