[plug] PLUG Library Update

Hey guys,

Today I took on the role of PLUG librarian for 2007. I plan on
categorising the items we have, updating the database that can be
searched in the members section, moving that library search page into
the public domain and most importantly: continually updating the
library with the newest stuff... making it actually useful to people.

If you need anything, let me know. In the mean time, I will let every
one know when my work is finished (it may take a while!).
