[plug] Creating a dos boot disk

Otherwise hunt around for the prolific Windows 95/09 boot disk that was
no longer used by anyone once bootable CD-ROMs became the norm.  That
should do the trick and a lot of people still have them lying around. 
It's the only reason I've kept mine...
