The EPIA is not only unreliable, it also can't run Xen ... at the moment
we're using User Mode Linux for virtualisation, which may or may not be
the cause of the crashiness.  (Maybe we shouldn't be bothering with
virtualisation at all on the PLUG? *shrug* It seemed like a cool idea
when we set it up in 2004-ish!)
