[plug] Business Grade ADSL Recommendation

Hi All,

At the moment I am using a consumer grade "optus" ADSL connection. I am
doing a lot of remote server installs and configurations on
international servers, and I am finding that there is a lot of packet
loss, sluggish speeds and blocked ports. I think it may be time to go
for a business grade ADSL service.

Preferably, my criteria are:

1 - Affordable
2 - Static IP
3 - No Shaping / blocked ports
4 - The ability to purchase additional GB per month if needed.

Any recommendations?
