[plug] Traffic Shaping

Hey all, I need to set up some type of traffic shaper, on some of our 
networks as we are starting to lose control of throughput and its 
effecting critical services. I have looked at wondershaper, but this is 
fairly limited and does not allow shaping via ip address, only via port 
number.

Any ideas on a more comprehensive solution? maybe with some sort of web 
front-end to add or adjust priorities?
