The only problem with SMTP is that some mail servers (AOL comes to mind) 
will block mail sent from known dynamic IPs. Also, an SMTP server 
identifying itself with a different hostname that what the RDNS says may 
set off spam filters.

You need to be on one of their "Business Plans" to get a static IP and 
custom RDNS. FWIW,Amnet gives you a static IP and custom RDNS for free.
