OK, on my system at home, same sort of setup, I get:

tcp        0      0 192.168.0.9:57390           192.168.0.9:5900
ESTABLISHED 0          30744      2956/vncviewer
tcp        0      0 :::5900
:::*                                      LISTEN              0
18553      2506/vino-server
tcp        0      0 ::ffff:192.168.0.9:5900     ::ffff:192.168.0.9:57390
ESTABLISHED 0          30745      2506/vino-server

So it looks like something called vino-server is what I need to look for?

I will have to wait until tomorrow to check the one that does not work.
