[plug] how to add a package cache for debian/ubuntu

* NFS sharing works fine, but disable the auto-trimming or your cache
  will stay at ~ 100 meg;
* there's an apt-cache of some sort out there!
* configure all the servers to use the same HTTP repository and point
  them all through Squid!
