Nah as the VP of plug I welcome pilot chitchat ;P, My boss is one (he also
has a private license) and hes always complaining bout how much harder it is
these days to get one with rising costs, so its awesome to see people into
flying still, hehe he's been trying to convince me to go for my private
license while admitting I probably couldn't afford it.
Also lol as for the linux eeepc, their pretty swell, I'd say as far as
usability goes windows is ok with one or two apps but its multitasking isn't
quite there compared to linux on low power devices (I have a friend who has
both installed on his eeepc 4g, and he ends up using linux mostly just
because its more responsive under load), apart from that hardware support
for both is perfect and applications to do stuff on both platforms are
pretty much on par (though linux does have a lot more accessible
opensource/gratis software).
