[plug] update problem with debian

I'm not Dean, but this might be a good place to start if you can't use
apt-get at the moment.
http://ftp.iinet.net.au/pub/debian/debian/pool/main/d/debian-archive-keyring/
Download the one suitable for your system then issue
sudo dpkg -i filename.deb
