What it appear to be is a few files some with expire in 2009 others in 2010,
but one of then expired 2007-02-07 (Debian Archive Automatic Signing Key

I'm not Dean, but this might be a good place to start if you can't use
apt-get at the moment.

Download the one suitable for your system then issue
sudo dpkg -i filename.deb

Check to see if you have installed the debian-archive package installed.
This carries all the GPG keys for all registered Debian Archive servers.
