Reminds me of a program from the old DOS days called 'Breakzip', it 
allowed you to break up large zip files into chunks which would fit onto 
single 3.5" floppy disks - which you could then copy onto target machine 
and then 'Breakzip' would stitch them back to together.

It was really handy little utility in those days, but I don't miss it at 
all - flashdrives, external USB HDD's make life so much easier.
