[plug] OS free laptops?

Actually I'm pretty sure that it's not legal to sell a PC/Laptop
without an OS on it... (some stupid consumer protection law)

There are a few that will sell Laptops with linux on them... and they
should be MS tax free..
I know I've rang and called twinheads and they've told me before that
they'll ship with linux if you ask for it.
