[plug] Fax server options

I still get plenty of requests to send or receive faxes. I try to tell them
to use pdf files in emails.

yeah right.. here come the word, excel and powerpoint files.
Fax is awfully alive and well in the northern hemisphere where the great
unwashed only recently
ascended from camels to mercedes.
