[plug] calendar server?

Try calendarserver (Apple calendar server, for linux). It's in Debian at 
least.

Looks easy, I am going to do some testing too, in a few days.

You can use a official plugin for thunderbird to connect to it. It uses the 
CalDav protocol, a part of the WebDav one.
