[plug] Web Fileserver options

Hi Everyone

What would be a good web fileserver kind of what you would find in
groupware, that I could setup in Ubuntu?

Some requirements:
 - Multiple clients to their own particular confined areas/folders. I
guess this is solved with users and folders with permissions.
 - http(s) access obviously
 - simple UI
 - no email/contacts/calendering necessary
