[plug] Evolution defaults ...

I put my own advice to the test by changing the browser association,
and ... it didn't work :-/

I also tried the method listed here:

and neither the gnome nor kde method worked for me either.

YMMV, but this has me stumped now. I've set a different browser than
firefox everywhere that I can imagine, but still firefox persists as my
default file association from evolution :-/
