[plug] Finalise DVD Session

My mum has been given a DVD-R that has some data on it, but the
session appears to not have been finalised, and we can't access the
data. The output of dvd+rw-mediainfo is below, so it shows that there
are session on it. Does anyone know of a way to finalise it so we can
access the data?
