[plug] apache2 and cgi-bin

Hello,

i've just install cclite on a debian testing machine but I can't run the installer.
I get:

Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/protected/ccinstall.cgi was not found on this server.

I have made all the cgi file 777 what else do I need to do?
