Client is trying to send an email to recipient and is getting

The following recipients could not be reached:

`joe at xyz.com.au' on 8/06/2009 8:09am

554 5.7.1 <joe at xyz.com.au <mailto:joe at xyz.com.au%3E:Relay> >:Relay access
denied

The sender is sending from their home PC, their mail server resides in their
office at another location. If I'm right I need to add the IP address of
their connection to the settings: "mynetworks" is this correct. Also do I
need to create a access.db file in their postfix system?

Regards,

Jon
