Ive found the more reliable and fuss-free a system is - the more people
complain when something does go wrong! And its really hard to explain
why the TV (mythtv) or the phone (asterisk) goes out when you reboot the
"Internet" :)
The myth guys have it pegged - its called the "WAF" - "Wife Acceptance
Factor"! Covers everything from ease of use to reliability. Around the
home, a very high WAF is mandatory :)
