[plug] Getting around firewalls (Outgoing)

Ive used httptunnel in the past.  Its unencrypted but works with zebedee
for portbased tunnelling, or openvpn.  Performance is not great as you
can imagine, but it works well for email, ssh/telnet sessions and the
like.

For those really hard cases, there is an email tunnel (!) and of course
there is RFC1149 as the ultimate way to bypass firewall restrictions,
though lag is considerable ...
