[plug] Call Out to those who use the PLUG News Server

If you are currently using the PLUG news server instead of getting the 
PLUG list through email, please contact me off list so I know numbers. 
Also, if you know how the mailman-leafnode integration is done, please 
contact me too.
(The reason being is I am in the process of migrating servers, and need 
to know how many people would be upset if the news server broke for a 
long period of time).
