[plug] DNS Backup NS's

I'd be in that, but I'd need someone to hold my hand while setting it
up :)  I have an Ubuntu server sitting there not doing heaps -
www.jamieson.bur.st - is about all it's doing at the moment.

I'm relatively sure (Leon set it up) that it's running BIND9 as well.

I'm happy to donate system resources to this idea :)
