[plug] AGM Proxy's

Hey guys. If you can't make tomorrows meeting for the AGM, please
organise a proxy vote with someone who is going (send an email to the
list saying you give your vote to person X as your proxy, or something
along those lines).

I've not had a chance to look into video conferencing for the AGM, but
I can propose a secure chat room would work and can have one setup if
outsiders would like to participate that way. (IRC perhaps?)
