[plug] routing problem

I am trying to get an ipad to use an openvpn tunnel running on my laptop
to read email on my server back in Perth - I am in the UK at the moment
using a relatives wireless - I dont have admin access to the AP and the
relative who set it up is not available.  The laptop and tunnel is
working fine (hence this email!)

If I could get access to the AP, I could turn on RIP and get the laptop
to propagate the tunnel routes to the AP - this works very well on AP's
where I have admin access - sadly not here (and as a guest I dont want
to "break" into it :).

Can someone suggest something that might work? - I could point the ipads
gateway to the laptop but as its my wifes ipad, something that just
works is much better for my sanity and a long lifespan :)
