[plug] Bioinformatics and Backyard Bio-Hacking Workshop

Slated finish time is 5:30pm, it will probably not run that long but
it might. No expertise is necessary, this is a ground up intro to
backyard bio!

@Mitch: It hasn't been *tested* under windows by us, it should
theoretically work fine.
