[plug] Video available: IBM talk from this week

The video recording from this week's talk at IBM by Indulis Bernsteins is

I have uploaded a h.264 encoded version (.mp4) which is 275MB. Quality is
the same or slightly better than the VP8 encoding so I would suggest
grabbing this version. It would be nice to get VP8 working well but we need
to play around with the settings more. Direct link here:
