He wants a cable to connect a 15 amp wall socket and a 15A female IEC
socket. Like the regular 10A kettle cords that nearly every desktop
computer uses, but the 15A version with the big earth pin for the wall
socket and the bigger, rectangular plug at the equipment end. Pictured
at the link he sent in OP.
