going to be free local traffic on their Perth POP network (including the
3FL games servers), free WAIX traffic and free uploads.  They haven't
released any pricing on it yet, probably still number crunching and
probably getting something set in concrete from Telstra.

You won't get free access to Aarnet (any traffic is domestic, and is
costly for the ISP), but you would get free access to PlanetMirror, even
though the server is actually located in Sydney, their host (ComIndico)
is on the WAIX and have their own network infrastructure across the
country.  I'd be guessing that there are probably a few other ISPs in
Perth that might be looking at offering a similar thing as well, but
just haven't said anything yet.

Should be interesting to see how it all pans out, more WA ADSL enabled
ISPs = more competitive pricing and plans for end users :)
