[plug] need help setting up a 2nd mail domain as a backup to primary domain

I need some help in setting up a mail server at my location to act as a 
backup or secondary mail server for a client.  Their existing mail server 
has gone down and requires reconfiguring, etc. in the meantime I need to 
configure an existing mail server so all their mail can be picked up from.

The existing mail server is a postfix server on a Suse Linux Enterprise 
server
