[plug] iPads in WA schools

Whatever the chosen device is, schools seem to want a monoculture because
it makes the IT support easier.  I'm exposed to Macbooks and HP touchscreen
convertibles in the two schools my kids are at.

Personally I think it's a lazy attitude of IT Support's, but I haven't been
at that sharp end.
