[plug] Debian parties

There are two opportunities for Debian related parties soon:

The release of Debian wheezy is coming pretty soon. It is hard to say
when, but we perhaps we could start organising something?

Debian's 20th anniversary is in August. I'll be at DebConf13, but is
anyone interested in organising a celebration for this?
