As a starting point, the following might be worth suggesting to them:

It is listed as 207mm deep, so should fit easily. Looking at a price
comparison site, it looks like it can be bought for around $220. It
doesn't have any management capability or power over ethernet, but
might be useful as a baseline when comparing other options.
Netgear don't seem to offer PoE until you hit their smart switch range:

This one seems to exceed the available depth by 7mm though, so may not
be an option. Perhaps some other vendor has a more appropriate model.
