[plug] like to create an image of a server to store elsewhere in event server crash

Hi Pluggers,

I would like to know if there is a way to create an image (multiple files are certain sizes to burn to DVD) of my web server which has heaps of images on it.  I want to be able to save this image in the event of a server crash...
