[plug] Camera to computer

Hi Laurie,

Software like shotwell is available in most Distros. But if it's a card
reader and some type of card you should be able to just plug it in, then
Copy and Paste the files as you normally would. Some cameras probably "Just
Work" when you plug them in, but YMMV depending on brand.

Probably list out what equipment you do have, but if you don't have a Card
reader I recommend getting one (usually faster than going via the camera).
