General FYI when asking for laptop help,

With laptops bought through retailers like Officeworks, Good Guys, Harvey Norman, Myer, etc, please include the Model number from the bottom of the laptop.

A lot of the retailers maintain an exclusive model number or a variant with slight changes to specifications, mainly to stop price matching.
While the proper model number is written on the bottom of the laptop, the "manufacturer's model number" on the website or box may not be easily searchable due to exclusivity deals.

Also driver help requests should have the output of lsusb, lspci, and lsmod attached as it helps narrow down which parts are likely to be in the machine, especially since manufacturers use different parts in different markets or as supply dictates.
