Thanks for pointing out they were missing from the website.

It looks like the irc details were only being shared via the mailing
list archives.

Plugs IRC channel is on gimp net.

To join us on IRC, connect to the server irc.plug.org.au or irc.gimp.net.

Then join the channel #plug.

I've just added these details to the homepage and created a page under
resources with the info as well.
