I reckon the ability to do the ICT-human interface talking is very
important and not always present. Either lots of jargon that leaves
people baffled, or "here have this solution, silly non-tech person".

Lee Sanders at CCP https://www.ccp.com.au/ is an ITPA (was SAGE-AU)
member, helpful guy, and has built up a solid support business. They
have a Windows and Mac focus, as well as offering straightforward
technology choices that don't unduly lend themselves to vendor or
support company lock-in.
